Information about The Esplanade Bars

Our Restaurant opened it's doors in 1970 and became one of the first pub restaurants in Ireland. It seats up to 34 guests and is also open to private bookings. We have also hosted 2 Art Exhibitions here.

It has a bright spacious ambiance, natural pine flooring and furnishings set with silver cutlery and generous crystal wine glasses. To help you fill these, choose wine in our Off Sales to drink with your meal at no extra cost!

The lounge has a local and friendly atmosphere and has long been host to both visitors and a regular custom. Originally known as the yacht lounge, it is not difficult to see why in the height of the racing season.

The views here are spectacular, especially in summer when most of our customers branch out unto our costal beer garden to take advantage of our setting.

During the winter a real coal and log fire welcomes you along with an extensive menu of good hearty "Pub Grub" to chase away those winter blues.
