TAL Limited is a progressive Civil Engineering and Building Company, formed in 1981 by Denis Logan FRICS. FIHT. FCIOB. and Jack Tissington BSc. FIHT.

The Company provide new Civil Engineering Works to the Water, Sewerage, Marine, Waste Management, Roads and Bridge Construction Industries throughout the UK and Ireland.

Specialist Services in maintenance, repair and renovation to Civil Engineering Works also come under our umbrella.

The Building Division under the TAL Homes banner has built several Award Winning Housing Schemes in Northern Ireland and has also successfully developed several sites in England. All houses carry the NHBC banner.

The Social Housing Division is a major contributor to the construction of new stock for Housing Associations and the maintenance, improvement and repair of existing stock belonging to the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and other Housing Associations.

TAL Distribution has represented Tensar International of Blackburn, a world leader in geogrid and geotextile supply throughout Ireland over the last 15 years.
