Are there any hidden charges?
There are NO hidden charges what so ever.
Once you have paid for your year's subscription that's all
you pay for the whole year. The only extra fee
DirectoryNI.com will charge you is if you
want to have your
webpage taken down throughout the year; due to company
closures etc and you want it re-connected. There is a £25
re-connection fee for this.

What happens
once I have sent my information and paid for my year's
subscription?
Once we have received your information and full payment our
team of designers will create your webpage. This will
normally take 4-6 hrs to complete. Once we have completed
your webpage we will email you a link to it.
Once you receive this email this will be when your
subscription starts. We do recommend you to look over your
webpage and make sure everything is correct. If you require some changes simply email them to
us.

Can I change my details throughout the year?
Yes
you can changed all your Information on your webpage for
FREE through out the year. When you have registered with
DirectoryNI.com we will send you a link to a form where you
can tell us of any alteration to your webpage.

What if I don't want to re-subscribe to DirectoryNI.com
after my year's subscription ends?
If
for some reason you do not want to continue with
DirectoryNI.com after your year's subscription has expired,
we will remove your webpage on the agreed expiry date and
there will be no further payments due.

Will my page be registered with all search engines?
Yes we register all web pages with all the
top search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing etc)

How do I pay?
We use PayPal for all our payments. If you
have a PayPal account simply login and pay for your year's
subscription, if you do not have a
PayPal account, there is an option
where you can pay with your Credit
Card with out having to login to
PayPal.

What if the nature of my business is not listed on
DirectoryNI.com?
If for some reason we do not have the nature
of your business categorised we will add a new sub-category
for you. You can tell us of this new sub-category on the
ordering form.

Can I cancel my years subscription during the year?
Yes you can cancel your subscription at
anytime of the year, however no refund will be given for the
remaining time left on your subscription.
