AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND DirectoryNI.com Terms and Conditions This agreement is between DirectoryNI and YOU here after known as “YOU or YOUR”. •This agreement is for a period of 12 months, renewed annually unless terminated by either party giving one calendar month in writing. •The initial set up of your web page is free followed by twelve monthly payments of £5.50 payable by standing order, cheque or an annual payment of £60 •Any additions or alterations to your web page instructed by YOU will be charged at £10 per hour with a minimum of 1 hour. •If your payment is delayed there will be a £20 administration fee. •Your web page will be removed for non payment and you will remain liable for all payments due under this contract while your page is removed. •There will be a £20 charge to reinstate your web page following any disconnection. •You agree to inform DirectoryNI of any changes to your Address or Bank details.
